Margaret has practiced as a specialist civil and commercial litigation solicitor for over 30 years.

During her career she has practised at some of the largest law firms and also worked for the Law Society and for the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA). She is a qualified mediator and has lectured in the subject.

Margaret has wide experience in all manner of disputes, from the very technical and commercial for major companies to the very personal in disputed Wills and Estates and Trusts. She is a member of TESCA and the PNLA.  Over the years Margaret has worked with numerous experts in all professional fields so is well placed to consider Professional Negligence cases.

Not only is Margaret a very experienced lawyer, she is an empathetic and practical person and a skilled negotiator who works with clients to resolve their problems.

Outside of work, Margaret has been a trustee of the Catholic Diocese of Clifton for 10 years and  has been involved in the improvement of support for the students of Bristol University and UWE and also does pro bono work with students from the University of Gloucester to introduce them to mediation.
