Probate

Probate is the handling of the estate and possessions of somebody who has passed away. The loss of a loved one is often a very emotional and arduous time for the bereaved. It can be a complex and time consuming process, particularly if the Will is contested eg by a non beneficiary.

We can help with the burden by applying for probate and taking you through the process, and help manage the deceased’s’ estate.

Whatever your circumstances, we can do our utmost to help you, whether it be resolving technical legalities or taking you through the probate process, we aim to do this in the least distressing way.
