The consultancy model is a better way of working, providing the tools for success without the rigidity of a traditional employment structure, and allows professionals to focus energy servicing clients, building their earnings and augmenting the value of their client following, without the struggle and demands usually attributed to a career in law.
Taylor Rose TTKW already works with multiple successful lawyers through an established consultancy arrangement, offering tailored options and models for prospective candidates, a modern, robust platform allowing you to work from any of our offices or home, depending on individual needs.
Candidates will be remunerated based directly on their monthly billing, with the two main profit share options being 70/30% in the candidates favour for those who prefer to work from home and access the firm’s infrastructure remotely, or 60/40%in favour of candidates who will be working from one of the firms offices. Both options include PII cover, accounts, reception, compliance, marketing, IT, telephones and advanced CMS as well as access to the existing cross referral network. Successful candidates will also receive guidance through the transition onto the consultancy model and induction into the firm, and have a dedicated consultant liaison team to act as continued support.
Applications from ambitious Solicitors, CILEx or CLC of 3 years PQE + (or qualification and experience equivalent) with good communication, business development skills, client care and work ethic as well client following are welcome.
