As a Post Completions Trainee Case Handler, you will working within an experienced and supportive team from the outset. You will receive initial training that is adapted to your level of legal knowledge, as well as ongoing support and guidance from those around you. You will report directly to the Re-mortgage Technical and Post Completions Manager, who will be on-hand  and work alongside Case Handlers to offer you guidance and support. 

The Post Completion team are a small, friendly team who take care of the customer at the end of their re-mortgage journey.  This includes, registering their transaction with Land Registry and interacting with Lenders and Solicitors to ensure all documentation is collated ready to close the file for the Client.

About You

You will preferably have a Law Degree but this is not essential, be customer focused with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. We believe in a smart and modern approach to the law and are looking for dynamic individuals who embrace this approach.

You must be able to use your initiative, be highly organised and enjoy working to deadlines. You will be computer literate and able to effectively and professionally communicate via telephone and email.

It is essential that the candidate has the ability to manage a demanding workload with varying deadlines as this is as a fast paced environment where time is of the essence!
