We are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Apprentice to study for their CLC Diploma either a Level 4 or Level 6, whilst working full time within the conveyancing department.  The Apprenticeship is delivered by the Conveyancing Academy remotely with 20% on the job training, email support and contact provided to support the learner needs whilst working with experienced conveyancing fee earners and support staff.

The Apprenticeship will be delivered over 12-18 months to ensure a range of property transactions are completed during the learning process.  Modules are assessed by a 2 hour exam via the online learning platform with a final end point assessment of a 2 hour online scenario based test and a professional discussion on the completed work based portfolio.

The following modules will be undertaken at Level 4 and following completion of Level 4, the apprentice can taken enrol on the Level 6 apprenticeship to continue their studies:-

English Legal System                                      Law of Contract                   

Understanding Accounting Procedures             Standard Conveyancing Transactions              Land Law

The following modules will be undertaken at Level 6 and on completion of the Level 6 apprenticeship, an application for the CLC first practice licence can be made

Landlord & Tenant                                        Conveyancing Law & Practice                             Managing Office & Client Accounts

As a Conveyancing Technician you will assist the Conveyancing Fee Earner with all property and Re-mortgage transactions from start to finish on a file.
