The Consultant Engagement Officer will work within the consultant programme, engaging new and existing consultants within the firm with its various infrastructure, building sustainable personable relationships and promoting consultant wellbeing.

The consultant programme is a key part of the firm’s business strategy offering self-employed positions under the firms umbrella to qualified legal professionals, with a better work life balance and earning potential.

The consultant engagement officer will be part of helping to increase the retention and engagement rate of firm consultants with the business (both new and existing) and connect the various component departments of the firm’s infrastructure and the programme itself together.

The ideal candidate will be friendly and approachable with excellent relationship building skills which they will use to strengthen the firm’s relationship with the consultants, gain feedback and deliver that feedback to help improve the programme and consultant experience. They will spearhead new consultant wellbeing initiatives working with the operational departments in the firm and work to create a ‘consultant community’.
