VACANCIES
RECRUITMENT CO ORDINATOR
This role will involve but is not limited to:
- Update and maintain weekly internal vacancy list
- Advertise vacancies to reflect roles available within the business
- Keeping candidates informed and updated throughout the recruitment process
- Answering queries from candidates & provide interview feedback
- Monitor recruitment journey of candidates
- Updating the Company website with internal vacancies & candidate information
- Assist in recruitment campaigns for specific hiring programmes
- Work alongside the Recruitment Manager and HR team to onboard and induct candidate into Taylor Rose MW
- Develop relationships with college/universities for entry level/graduate recruitment
- Promote Apprenticeship and SQE opportunities
- Assist in Work Experience Programmes and placements across branch network
- Attending networking events, recruitment fairs to promote Taylor Rose MW
- Develop a pipeline of candidates in line with organisational growth
- Support general administration for Recruitment and HR Teams
- Ensure compliance for Right to Work/IR35 in line with legislative requirements

- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within the HR Team and other operational departments across the firm
