This role involves but is not limited to: 

Portal tasks

o ID Checks

o AML checks

o Data integrity checks

o Conflict checks

o Live status file opening

o File opening Issue resolution

 Client Portal Helpdesk

o Answering phone calls from clients addressing their issues using the client portal system

o Responding to online chats from clients supporting their issues using the client portal system

o Working with IT/Dev/external suppliers to address technical issues with the site

o Liaising with fee earners and branch support staff on matter related enquiries whilst using the client portal system

 When required to assist with the following:

  •  General admin tasks e.g client greeting, outgoing post etc
  •  Centralised Mattersphere System Database Management
  • Creation of Associate contacts in Mattersphere
  • Working through branch office requests for data changes
  • Reprographics  Function

o    Producing Bundles

o    Indexing Services

o    Binding Services 

o    Large Print Volume facility

o    Specialist print and copy services

o    Document scanning and digitisation service

o    CD/DVD Creation of files

o    Secure USB file Upload service

Requirements:
