The Post Completion Team – Who are we?

The Post Completion team are a small, friendly team who take care of the Customer at the end of their house buying/selling journey.  As an administrator for the team you will be responsible for supporting the team in various tasks, including logging, recording and distributing incoming post, interacting with the conveyancing team, liaising with third parties to ensure all documentation is collated ready to close the file for the Client, and sending out final documentation to customers.

About You

You will be a customer focused individual with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.  You must be able to use your initiative, work independently as well as part of a team, be highly organised and enjoy working to deadlines. You will be computer literate and able to effectively and professionally communicate via telephone and email.

It is essential that the candidate has the ability to manage a demanding workload with varying deadlines as this is as a fast paced environment where time is of the essence!
