As of 26th September 2018 Breeze & Wyles Solicitors merged with Taylor Rose Solicitors and will now be known as Taylor Rose. This page will hopefully answer some of those questions Clients may have. Should you need further clarity please contact your current case handler.

How will I be informed?

If you haven’t already, you will receive a letter with more information about the change and what the next steps are.

Should I remain with Taylor Rose?

We welcome all Breeze & Wyle’s Clients and ensure you that you will continue to receive the same dedicated service that you are used to, but there is no obligation to remain with Taylor Rose.

Will my contact remain the same?

Should you choose to continue with Taylor Rose, the same Breeze & Wyles fee earner will continue to work your case.

What happens to my contract?

Taylor Rose is agreeable to work on the same contractual terms as Breeze & Wyles. Your case handler will be happy discuss that further with you.

What happens to my file?

Taylor Rose has temporary custody of your file for safe keeping. If you confirm that you wish to instruct a different firm we will keep your file safe until you advise us of the new firm’s details.

What happens to my money?

Taylor Rose is temporarily holding monies transferred from Breeze & Wyles in a separate account. Any funds held on your behalf will be transferred to Taylor Rose’s client account or to the solicitor of your choice if you choose to instruct another firm.
