Congratulations to Roisin McCay, our Legal Client Experience Champion STAR.
Roisin is a High Value Fee Earner and Executive Assistant in the Costs Department based in Peterborough. This award recognises Roisin’s great work ethic which, along with her client care skills and driven personality is backed up by her many years’ experience in costs negotiation. Recent feedback from a client praised Roisin’s valuable advice given regarding a very technical case which involved reviewing multiple complex documents. Roisin went over and above the client’s expectations, completing the case within a challenging timescale as well as saving them a significant amount of money.
Taylor Rose TTKW introduced The Star Awards at the beginning of 2018 to celebrate delivering excellent customer experience. The annual programme rewards both Legal and Corporate colleagues on a quarterly basis. Our Legal Champion is selected from Lawyers and Executives who have had the best feedback from client satisfaction surveys, client compliments, referrers and online reviews.
