Taylor Rose appoints Helen Lobozzo as Client Care Manager

We are extremely pleased to announce the appointment of Helen Lobozzo as Client Care Manager.
Helen has over twenty years experience in the legal industry, joining Taylor Rose in 2010, giving her a sound knowledge of the firm, its people and its services. Previously specialising in residential conveyancing, its her logical and practical approach combined with an inanate understanding of client care and excllent communications skills that makes Helen perfect for this role.
Helen commented: “In my role of Client Care Manager I oversee client feedback and highlight where we can make improvements to our business. Since working at Taylor Rose I’ve been given the opportunity to step into new roles and learn different aspects of the business, which is invaluable."
She added "Client care can be seen as mainly problem solving, however a key element is analysing client reviews and the results of our client satisfaction survey. Its really interesting to see how the onging improvements we make to our customer experience directly relates to the increase in good client feedback, which really motivates my team and I."

In her role Helen also heads up the firm's employee awards programme, The Star Awards, which recognises talent for delivering excellent customer experience. She commented "We have just concluded our first year of the awards programme and have rewarded eight outstanding team members from all areas of the business, who demonstrate a real passion for client care.
