The Star Awards 2019 | Who are our Annual Winners?

The Star Awards programme was introduced in 2018. Since then the firm have been able to recognise the staff who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.

We are delighted to announce the annual winners for our 2019 Star Awards.

Meet our Legal Star Amy Abbott

Amy is a Consultant Conveyancing Executive based within our Peterborough office. Her professional and clear approach leaves her with a catalogue of beaming reviews and recommendations. Her clients have described Amy as “brilliant from beginning to end” and feeling as though she “goes above and beyond to help”.

Amy focuses on helping clients by providing all the information needed to move into their homes to ease a stressful process.

“I was beyond proud to receive the annual Star Award for 2019; it had really topped off what was already a great year! I am always honoured to have my hard work recognised and would like to thank Taylor Rose TTKW for their dedication and support in everything I have achieved in my conveyancing career over the past (nearly) 7 years; and ultimately, thank you to my lovely clients for trusting me during such a huge but exciting time in their lives.” – Amy Abbott

Since winning the second quarter of the Star Awards, Amy has joined our Client Care Manager in delivering workshops to improve the customer experience to other offices within the firm.

When announcing the news to staff, CEO Adrian Jaggard stated “we have seen Amy sharing her wisdom with others, helping them to improve their client skills. It is great to see that Amy’s focus remains unchallenged.”

Amy specialises in new-build residential purchases and sales and had begun her journey as a Consultant with the firm last year.

Meet our Corporate Star Annemarie Pye

Annemarie is the Operations Manager located within our Peterborough office. She is responsible for a variety of departments. These range from our Reception team to our Facilities team. Annemarie also oversees the firm’s operations across all 10 offices.

Annemarie has played a key part within the firm since beginning her journey with us over ten years ago. She had been nominated by colleagues for her organised planning, exceptional effort and attention to detail.

In 2019 the firm saw 3 offices moved flawlessly and with minimal downtime with thanks to Annemarie and her dedicated teams.

Helen Lobozzo, Client Care Manager has described the programme as “a great way for staff to have extra recognition for their hard work.
