Q1 2020 Star Award Winners Announced

Within the last month, we have found ourselves immersed in new ways of working, and yet I’m pleased to say in these challenging times we find ourselves still delivering excellent service. So without further ado, the time has come once again to announce our Q1 2020 Star Award winners and I am delighted to share with you that these are as follows:-

Q1 2020 Legal Star - Katie Valani (Peterborough Residential Property)

Q1 2020 Corporate Star - James Warner (Bishop's Stortford Accounts Team)

The Legal Star for the first quarter of 2020 was awarded to Conveyancer, Katie Valani, for her communication and professional approach towards managing her cases and clients. Katie advises clients on residential property transactions.

One client quoted "This was my second time buying a property personally and from start, to finish I was ridiculously impressed with Katie Valani who is hands down the best solicitor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with."

Katie was also praised for her efficiency, accuracy, clarity, and her knowledge, not to mention the speed in which she delivered the service to her clients. She made a flawless transition to remote working at the very beginning of the coronavirus lockdown. Clients were unable to notice any difference in the change of her working environment and this disruption was certainly not transferred into Katie's delivery of service. Katie ensures she puts her clients first making sure she was always available to answer any questions or queries.

Buying or selling a home can be a very stressful time let alone when the whole country goes into lockdown. For clients to comment on Katie's service saying 'the whole thing was a pleasure from start to finish and I feel honoured to have experienced such great work from Katie' it's clear to see why she has been awarded this quarter's legal star award.

Katie is one of our 'homegrown conveyancers', graduating from the 'Trainee Conveyancer Programme' in 2019 led by the head of residential property Liz Lennox.

The Corporate Star for this quarter was awarded to James Warner. James is a legal cashier based in our Bishop's Stortford office. James' exceptional attention to detail and his ability to crosscheck even the smallest of detail prior to a case being completed makes him an 'asset to the business' as described by many of his colleagues. Thank you, James, for the fantastic supportive work you provide to keep Taylor Rose TTKW working efficiently, you are clearly a valued member of the team and its important for us to hear about our unsung heroes who work tirelessly to keep the business going behind the scenes.
