Taylor Rose TTKW & MW Solicitors praised in The Legal 500 2021

We’re extremely pleased to announce that today top 75 law firm Taylor Rose TTKW achieved recognition in the 2021 Legal 500 publication.
The 2021 edition of The Legal 500, reviews the firm’s East Anglian Commercial Property practice area, and sister firm McMillan Williams South Eastern contentious trust and probate, personal injury, and clinical negligence for both claimant and insurance claimant practices.
This is the third year running for our Commercial Property team, who are based in the firm’s Peterborough office, recommending Associate Solicitor Navead Yousaf and Partner Nick Scutt.
Navead Yousaf was referred to as ‘an outstanding solicitor’ and praise was given to the team for substantially increasing client base over the last ten years and the value of its transactional work. Navead and Nick provide assistance to clients nationwide. The team acts for owners, occupiers, and funders of commercial property, advising on all legal aspects of property investment, property management, secured lending, and the buying and selling of commercial property. Our approach is to provide a bespoke service to each client so as to fully understand their business and objectives for each and every transaction.

Lauren Phillips who heads up the Clinical Negligence division was recognised for her specialisms in obstetrics and gynaecology matters. Other key lawyers noted for this practice area are Partners, Jacqui Hayat based in our Sevenoaks office, and Nicola Mooney in our Brighton office.

Sharon Bell, Partner, and Head of Estate and Trust Disputes based in our Sevenoaks office specialises in Contentious Probate matters. The Legal 500 gives Sharon recognition for her charitable non-profit work.
