Coronavirus Update: 5th November 2020

Thu 5 November 2020 Coronavirus Update: 5th November 2020

Following the announcement of further nationwide restrictions, we wanted to reassure you that it’s business as usual here at the Taylor Rose Group (Taylor Rose TTKW and MW Solicitors). With many of our staff having worked from home since March, along with many of other organisations, we are continuing to operate as normally as possible.

This year has been a period of uncertainty for everyone and we need to adopt measures to help us provide the best services we can; not only for our clients, but so that we operate in an environment which is safe for our staff too.

The health of our staff, clients and communities are vitally important, and we are taking certain measures to keep people safe whilst continuing to maintain an excellent level of services during the four week lockdown.

Remote working - Many of our lawyers work remotely on a regular basis and are familiar with the practicalities of working from home. Others have got used to a remote way of working, from the previous lockdown. Our members of staff who can effectively work from home have begun doing so from Thursday 5th November. We are fully committed to supporting our clients throughout this second national lockdown.

Offices  While our offices will stay open to our essential staff. It will only be open for clients to drop off ID documents. These appointments must be arranged prior to traveling into one of our offices.

Meetings -  We have asked our staff to try and attend meetings remotely. This can be achieved either via telephone or video conference call. However, we do recognise that this cannot always be possible. Please speak to your case handler directly if you have any concerns.

Our Staff can be contacted through their usual telephone numbers and email addresses should you need to contact them moving forward.
