Q3 2020 Star Awards Announced

Mon 9 November 2020 Q3 2020 Star Awards Announced

It’s that time of year again where we praise the hard work of our staff at Taylor Rose and MW Solicitors. When looking at our stars for Q3, we take into consideration reviews from our clients and nominations from colleagues. We are proud to introduce our Q3 Star Award Winners in recognition of their commitment and excellent service.

Legal Star – Anne-Marie Smith

Corporate Star – Charlotte Sainsbury

Our Q3 Legal Star has been awarded to Anne-Marie Smith who is a Partner and Head of Property in MW's Eastbourne office.

Anne-Marie’s client feedback showed how she goes above and beyond to provide the whole package for her clients. She excels in making clients feel like nothing was too much trouble and responds to communication promptly.

Anne-Marie loves helping clients get through the incredibly stressful process and trying to prevent sleepless nights. Providing the whole package is key to making a client feel well supported and it’s great to hear directly from our clients that they feel Anne-Marie does just that. The points made in Anne-Marie’s reviews show a clear demonstration that her feedback spells out how these things had such a positive impact on her clients and their perception of our services.

Anne-Marie has a wealth of knowledge of property, from starting her career in estate agency, letting agencies, and block management she has gained a solid background in her sector.  She started with MW Solicitors 4 years ago. She particularly enjoys being part of her client’s journey into their new home. When Anne-Marie was announced as Q3 Legal Star she said, “it is so important to feel recognised, it shows gratitude and that means the world!”

Our Q3 Corporate Star has been awarded to Charlotte Sainsbury, who is part of the Archive Team in our Peterborough office. Charlotte received multiple nominations this quarter for the Corporate Award.

During the peak of lockdown, she played a key role in looking after incoming post and ensuring its distribution, there were many queries during that time and Charlotte did a great job of going that extra mile to help her colleagues.

Charlotte has been with the firm for 3 years and worked in various departments within the company, including Reception, Client Care, Diary, and Archiving. In times of need, Charlotte stepped in and helped out in reception at busy times. It is great to see an individual showing real flexibility to help out the business where support is needed. Charlotte enjoys the variation of her job, dealing with different departments.

When announced as Corporate Star Charlotte said, “I was overwhelmed, I didn’t believe that it was actually happening.”

Adrian Jaggard, CEO said: “During this quarter there were so many worthy nominations and reviews clearly showing that we have brilliant people working with us.”

“The other Directors and I very much appreciate the continued efforts of everyone working so hard right now to look after their clients and support their colleagues.”

We would once again like to congratulate both Anne-Marie and Charlotte on their awards for quarter 3 and thank them for their hard work within the firm.
