Coronavirus Update: 12th April 2021

Mon 12 April 2021 Coronavirus Update: 12th April 2021

We are pleased to confirm that Taylor Rose MW is now welcoming walk-in clients at many of our nationwide offices. Please visit the individual location pages located here to see which offices are open to walk-in visitors.

Taylor Rose MW have been incredibly lucky to be able to continue with business as usual.

As before many of our staff have worked from home since the first UK wide lockdown in March 2020, and we have urged staff to continue doing so (as per government guidance) where necessary.

We believe that the health of our clients, staff and community is fundamental. We maintain our assurance to deliver excellent service whilst taking the appropriate measures to ensure the safety of all of our clients and staff during this time.

Remote Working – Many of our staff continue to work remotely and are familiar with the best practices of working from home regularly.

Offices – We are pleased to welcome walk-in visitors to most of our offices, although some of our smaller offices do remain closed. Please note that we ask all visitors to observe government guidelines to ensure the safety of themselves and our employees. We do ask that all walk-in visitors wear a face mask (unless exempt) when visiting the offices.

Meetings – We are continuing to conduct meetings remotely through video and/or telephone calls. We do acknowledge that this cannot always be possible, in which case we would suggest talking to your case handler directly to discuss any concerns. We still ask that meetings are pre-arranged with your file handler.

Our staff can be contacted using their usual telephone number and email address. Our infrastructure has been continually improved over the year and allows our teams to be fully operational remotely. This robust practice ensures minimum impact on the service we provide to our clients.

We at Taylor Rose MW would like to thank all of our clients for their continued support at this time. We understand that there is a shared responsibility to protect each other from this virus and thank you all for your understanding in achieving this and protecting those that may be severely affected.

We will continue to update our policy and follow the Government and NHS guidance  as required.
