Coronavirus Update 19th July 2021

Mon 19 July 2021 Coronavirus Update 19th July 2021

Following the government’s announcement of lifting restrictions and Freedom Day, we wanted to provide you with an update of how we will be operating at Taylor Rose MW.

We have been incredibly luckily throughout the pandemic to continue with business as usual.

The health and welfare of our clients, staff and community has always been and continues to be a top priority for us. We would like to assure our clients that while taking the appropriate measures to ensure the safety of clients and staff, we will still aim to deliver excellent service.

Remote Working – Some of our staff will return to working from the offices but many will continue to work remotely and are familiar with the best practices of working from home. This should not affect the service delivered to our clients.

Offices – We continue to welcome walk-in visitors to our offices, although some of our smaller offices do remain by appointment only. Please visit the individual location pages located here to see which offices are open or call us on 020 3540 4444 to check availability.

If you are visiting any of our offices, we do respectfully request that you wear a face covering, unless you are exempt. Please also use the hand sanitiser provided in the reception area of our offices.

We are also promoting continued distancing where possible. Room occupancy restrictions especially in meeting rooms will stay in place.

We are no longer displaying the NHS QR codes or recording visitors’ details for track and trace reasons, but you will be asked to sign in via an iPad or manually for volume control and fire safety reasons.

Meetings- We are continuing to encourage remote meetings, but we do acknowledge that sometimes this is not possible. As such, meetings in our offices are possible, if pre-arranged with your file handler, face covering are worn, and other guidance followed.

Please contact your case handler by their usually telephone number or email. Our systems are continually being improved allowing our teams to be fully operational remotely. This practice ensures that there is minimum impact on the service provided to our clients.

We would like to thank all our clients for their co-operation with the above and their ongoing support. We also respect everyone’s individual position with appropriate protection precautions.

We will continue to update our policy and follow the Government and NHS guidance as required.
