Coronavirus Update 9th December 2021

Fri 10 December 2021 Coronavirus Update 9th December 2021

As the government have announced further restrictions with England moving to Plan B, we at Taylor Rose MW would like to provide you with an update on how we will be operating.

Client and colleague safety has been, and remains, of utmost importance and as always, we are keen to follow the guidance set out. We would like to assure you that whilst we take the appropriate measures to ensure everyone’s safety, that we still aim to deliver excellent service across the firm.

Remote working – Many of our staff already work flexibly remotely and will continue to do so. Our staff are familiar with the best practices of working remotely therefore any changes to office working will not affect the service delivered to our clients.

Offices – Our offices remain open to clients dropping off documents. We do ask that appointments are made if you require to see a Taylor Rose MW representative. Some of our smaller offices remain by appointment only, which you can find by visiting the location pages here or calling 020 3540 4444 to check availability.

Meetings – We ask for that all meetings conducted in the office are pre-booked with your representative and that individuals follow guidance provided.

If you are visiting any of our offices, we respectfully ask that you wear a face covering, unless medically exempt, as well as carry out a lateral flow test before visiting.

We are dedicated to safeguarding our clients and staff and regular cleaning is in operation throughout our office locations. We continue to promote social distancing where possible as well as apply occupancy restrictions within our meeting spaces.

Your case handlers can be contacted through their usual means via email and/or telephone as our systems allow our teams to be fully operational remotely.

We respect each person’s individual position with appropriate protection precautions and would like to thank you all for your ongoing co-operation and support to date.

We will continue to update our policy and follow both government and NHS guidance as required.
