Karam joined Taylor Rose TTKW in February 2018 having previously worked at a West End Law Firm. Karam graduated Law from Nottingham Trent University and has over 8 years of experience specialising in largely residential but also commercial transactions.

She has gained significant experience in high value residential acquisitions and disposals with a particular focus on high end Prime Central London property.

Karam predominantly acts for high net worth private individuals, UK and foreign investors (Asia and Middle East), BVI Companies and their associated funds and corporations ranging from £500,000 to £24m in value.

Karam deals with all aspects of buying and selling residential real estate and her areas of work also include real estate finance, landlord and tenant work, transfer of equity, auction sales and purchases and assignment of contracts & sub-sales on new build developments for clients acquiring ‘off plan’ properties in prime developments across London.  

Her drive and tenacity with a high degree of dedication for her clients on each transaction has enabled her to maintain good working relationships with clients, finance brokers and real estate agents.

Karam has spent time out in Haiti and India on humanitarian projects and was previously a trustee of International NGO Charity, Khalsa Aid.

She speaks Punjabi and basic Hindi.
