Amirah joined the firm in 2018 and initially worked as a paralegal in the Lender Services department.
Amirah is now a Trainee Solicitor in the Civil Litigation department gaining experience in actions against the police, human rights and civil liberties claims and claims against local authorities and inquest proceedings. Whilst completing her placement to qualify as a Solicitor, she is also undertaking the SQE Stage 2 exam at the University of Law in London.
Amirah has a degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Westminster and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law. She then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course and obtained her Masters in Law whilst working for the firm.
Amirah is conversational in French and Urdu and fluent in Mauritian creole.
