For the largest part of his professional career which extends to over 40 years, Marcus has specialised in property matters, both commercial and residential, and property development including site acquisition, planning and development agreements and freehold and leasehold development sales. Marcus also has significant experience in general corporate and commercial work, including company acquisitions and share and asset sales.
Marcus ran a successful sole practice in Petersfield for 14 years before merging with another local partnership in 2005. Between 2013 and 2020, Marcus was employed as an inhouse solicitor to a group of companies involved in residential property development and then returned to private practice.
