Sammy Naghi is an English and Australian legal practitioner with 16 years experience working across both the private and public sectors in various areas of Australian and British Immigration law, with an accomplished specialisation and exemplary reputation in the Australian migration industry.

His successful career began in the UK where he went from a junior solicitor in training to becoming the youngest ever partner at Taylor Hampton Solicitors. He has since represented thousands of clients and maintained a 98% success rate throughout his long and distinguished career, with 95% of his work coming through word-of-mouth referrals.

He has represented high profile corporate media and IT brands such as Guardian News and Media (GNM), Guardian Newspaper and Sapphire Systems.

Sammy's passion for immigration is underpinned by his love for helping people. He gets huge satisfaction finding solutions for clients who believe they have no options at all. He specialises in mostly complex cases such as visa applicants who have criminal convictions, medical issues, PIC 4020 fraud waiver applications, and clients who have received a negative visa outcome and therefore need expert representation in merits review such as appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), Federal Court and the High Court of Australia. Sammy has appeared in several high profile appeals in Australia alongside the honourable Lorenzo Boccabella (Barrister-at-Law and Specialist in Migration Law).

Sammy approaches each case with a creative, positive, and energetic outlook, with a relentless focus and attention to detail until an outcome is achieved. Sammy enjoys public speaking and has spoken at many international events around the world, such as ‘A place in the Sun’ and in the UAE and written articles for leading media brands such as the 'Economist'.

Sammy states "I value honesty, integrity and professionalism, and treat my clients like family. We truly go on a journey together and I hold my client's hands throughout the process. I have a thirst for knowledge and an ability to acquire new skills quickly".

Outside of work, Sammy enjoys going to the gym, attending hot power yoga classes, playing tennis and going for long walks to keep healthy mentally and physically.
