Commercial lease renewals

Renewing your commercial lease can be a confusing issue with so many factors to take into account for both landlord and tenant. Please see below for a list of the issues which affect both parties. Tenants You only have the right to a renewal lease under the 1954 Act if certain eligibility conditions are met and you can overcome any opposition grounds which the landlord may have stated.
