Amir joined Taylor Rose in April 2026 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2019. Amir has over 7 years’ experience acting for a variety of clients dealing with a wide range of work, including but not limited to commercial and contractual disputes, property litigation, company disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, professional negligence claims and contentious probate.

Amir has acted for farmers and rural businesses in relation to regulatory, land and commercial disputes, giving him a strong understanding of the practical and operational issues affecting the agricultural sector.

He adopts a meticulous and commercially minded approach to litigation, working closely with clients to identify practical and cost-effective solutions to disputes. Clients described him as highly tactical, calm under pressure and always thinking several steps ahead. He is particularly effective in mediation and negotiated settlement, whilst remaining a robust litigator when disputes proceed to Court. Amir provides clear and straightforward advice and helps clients navigate every stage of the litigation process. Amir has experience dealing with claims ranging from Small Claims through to Multi-Track litigation in both the County and High Court.

Amir holds an (LLB) law degree and the Legal Practice Course (LPC). He has previously served as a school governor at Queens Drive Infant School.

Recent work examples include:

• Insolvency – Acting for the director and shareholder of a company to take steps to restore the company to the Companies House register. The company was struck off for failure to file documentation at Companies House. Following an application to the Court, the Court ordered that the company be restored to the Companies House register.

• Shareholder Dispute – Acting for a director and shareholder in various interlinked companies involving nurseries and ownership of commercial properties.

• Tree Root Claim – Acting for a client in relation to damage caused to property by the encroachment of tree roots from the roots on a verge owned by the Local Authority which the client seeks an injunction and damages for.
