Anisa acts for a wide range of residential property clients, including first-time buyers, home movers, and individuals selling or refinancing their properties. With four years of conveyancing experience, Anisa handles freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and unregistered land applications and first registrations.
Anisa guides clients through the full transaction process and supports those restructuring ownership arrangements, redeeming or changing lenders, or registering property with HM Land Registry for the first time. Clear communication and efficient progression of each matter remain central to Anisa’s approach.
Anisa holds an LLB in Law and International Business and is currently undertaking the Solicitors Qualifying Exam.
