Conveyancer

Aya Barra is a Residential Property Conveyancer who advises individuals and businesses on a wide range of property transactions. She holds an LLB (Hons), an LLM and the Legal Practice Course qualification and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (MCILEx). Drawing on extensive practical conveyancing experience, Aya is committed to making every transaction as clear, efficient and straightforward as possible for her clients.

Aya developed her conveyancing knowledge through extensive hands-on experience, working directly on property transactions and supporting clients throughout each stage of the process. She advises on residential sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, with particular experience assisting first-time buyers and auction clients. Aya understands that each transaction brings different priorities and challenges, whether a client is buying their first home, expanding an investment portfolio or working to the strict timescales of an auction purchase.

She can assist clients in English, French, Italian and Spanish, helping make her service accessible to a broad range of clients.

Aya takes a friendly, approachable and client-focused approach, tailoring her service to each client’s circumstances and objectives. She provides clear and practical advice, explaining the conveyancing process in straightforward language so clients understand their position and feel confident making informed decisions. Responsive and proactive, Aya keeps clients updated, anticipates potential issues and works closely with everyone involved to help transactions progress smoothly.
