Benjamin is a Solicitor in our Crime & Extradition team, specialising in criminal defence and road traffic law. With 11 years of post-qualification experience, Benjamin is recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners as a recommended lawyer for Thames Valley Crime, a testament to the consistently high standard of work he delivers. Holding the Law Society's Criminal Litigation Accreditation, Benjamin brings a depth of knowledge and a proven track record that clients can rely on from the very first conversation.
Benjamin completed the Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice before training at a law firm in Slough. He later headed the criminal defence and regulatory department at another law firm, building the kind of hands-on leadership experience that sets him apart. Benjamin handles the full spectrum of criminal defence work across the police station, Magistrates' Court and Crown Court, alongside all aspects of road traffic law. Over the past six years, Benjamin has developed a particular specialism in road traffic matters.
Benjamin's clients regularly highlight his attention to detail and the genuine passion he brings to every case, however large or small. He firmly believes in setting realistic, honest goals, always advising clients the way he would want to be advised himself. Away from the office, Benjamin is a keen sportsman who enjoys running, club cricket, and golf. He has recently welcomed his first child and is enjoying every moment of life as a new dad.
