Ellie has worked as a Conveyancer since 2018, obtaining her Licence in 2024. Her role now consists of acting for Lenders who have taken possession of a property they have a registered charge over and dealing with the Surplus funds.
She has dealt with a variety of clients ranging from first time buyers, investors/company purchases and high net worth transactions and transactions varying from freehold, leasehold, company purchases, shared ownership, repossession matters, auction transactions.
