Emre Vurgun is an immigration solicitor with over ten years of experience advising businesses and individuals on UK immigration matters. He specialises in business immigration, helping companies recruit international talent, manage their sponsorship obligations and navigate the complexities of UK immigration law.
Emre works with a wide range of businesses, from start-ups and SMEs to established companies, advising on sponsor licence applications, sponsorship compliance, Skilled Worker visas and other business immigration routes. He also advises entrepreneurs, founders, skilled professionals and families on immigration matters, including Global Talent, Innovator Founder, work and family visas, settlement and British citizenship.
Throughout his career, Emre has headed business immigration practices, with responsibility for managing teams, supervising junior lawyers and developing client relationships. He also has experience in corporate and commercial law, advising businesses on commercial contracts, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance and business transactions. This broader commercial experience helps him understand his clients' business objectives and provide advice that takes account of their wider commercial needs.
Emre qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and holds an LLM from King's College London.
