Erin Clift

Solicitor

Erin is a property solicitor based in the North East, acting for businesses, property investors, landlords and homeowners throughout England and Wales. Working remotely, she regularly handles transactions across the country, from London and the South East to Manchester, Yorkshire and the North East.

She graduated from Northumbria University with a First Class Honours Master of Law in 2023, having already started her career as a commercial property paralegal in 2022. Erin trained and qualified with a leading North East commercial firm in March 2025 and gained further experience in the real estate team of a well-established regional firm before joining Taylor Rose as a consultant solicitor.

Erin handles a broad mix of commercial and residential work, from commercial leases, lease assignments, licences to assign and the sale and purchase of businesses, to auction purchases, investor portfolios, purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity.

She is known for being approachable, responsive and practical. She keeps clients updated at every stage, explains things in plain English and works hard to keep transactions moving to completion.
