Grace is a Consultant Solicitor. She handles all areas of residential conveyancing, including leasehold, unregistered, new build, remortgage and transfer of equity matters. She has worked for firms in both England and Wales.
She has a high success rate of retaining clients and has successfully connected with and works alongside multiple estate agents throughout her working career.
Grace values the client experience as the most important part of her role in assisting clients during the conveyancing process alongside providing them with clear advice and guidance throughout. Being a Consultant enables Grace to provide clients with a bespoke service to ensure a speedy transaction and is able to meet clients close to home if this is required. Grace prides herself on her friendly manner and can adapt to different clients' needs.
Grace qualified as a solicitor in 2018.
