Gracie works with clients, investigating complaints and any dissatisfaction, ensuring they are dealt with accordingly. Her role also includes review logging and responses.
Previously completing her work experience at Taylor-Rose back in 2022, Gracie went on to finish her sixth form studies and briefly worked within the insurance industry as a data analyst, inputting important information about customers into a main database system for the finance teams, before wanting to broaden her horizons and go into a legal related field doing something she knows she enjoys - similar to her work experience. She now works with clients to ensure satisfaction, whilst still using her background as a data analyst to collect and input reviews.
Whilst studying Law at Sixth form, Gracie has been able to explore a variety of different topics that now correlate with her current role, and can utilise when dealing with complaint resolution with clients.
