Guy brings over 30 years of experience to the firm and specialises in credit hire, road traffic accident claims, and debt recovery, with a particular focus on complex contentious matters and appellate litigation. He is widely recognised throughout the industry for his expertise in these areas.

His core client base includes credit hire organisations, claims management companies, hire companies, and haulage firms.

Guy has been involved in a number of significant appellate cases that have helped shape the industry. Notable work includes securing damages exceeding £6 million in a multi-party action relating to unpaid invoices against a major UK motor insurer.

He is a committee member of the Credit Hire Forum, the leading association for professionals involved in the credit hire industry, and is also a registered member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London.

Guy is regularly invited to speak at industry conferences and seminars and frequently works with clients to deliver in-house training and technical guidance.
