Holly acts for a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, individuals buying or selling residential property, and property investors. She advises on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Holly takes a proactive and collaborative approach to transactions, working closely with clients, estate agents, and brokers to ensure matters progress smoothly. She places particular emphasis on clear communication and helping clients understand the conveyancing process, with the aim of reducing stress and uncertainty throughout each transaction.
Holly is currently completing Levels 4 and 6 of the CLC qualification.
Recent work examples include acting for a buyer on the purchase of a freehold residential property and progressing the transaction from instruction through to exchange and completion in under four weeks through proactive management of enquiries and close liaison with the estate agent and lender.
Holly has also acted for a client on a complex leasehold purchase, reviewing the lease and management information, advising on the requirements of the Building Safety Act, and raising and resolving detailed enquiries with the seller’s solicitors.
In addition, Holly has assisted a client with the remortgage of a residential investment property, reviewing the lender’s requirements, satisfying lending conditions, and completing the transaction within the required timeframe.
