Holly acts for a wide range of clients, with a particular focus on supporting first-time buyers, as well as individuals buying or selling residential property and property investors. She advises on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

Holly takes a proactive and collaborative approach to transactions, working closely with clients, estate agents, and brokers to ensure matters progress smoothly. She places particular emphasis on clear communication and guiding first-time buyers through the conveyancing process, helping them understand each stage and reducing stress and uncertainty throughout the transaction.

Her recent experience includes supporting first-time buyers through to exchange and completion on tight timescales, managing transactions proactively and maintaining close communication with all parties involved. She has experience advising on more complex leasehold purchases, including reviewing leases and management information, addressing detailed enquiries, and advising on Building Safety Act requirements.

Holly also regularly assists with remortgages of residential and investment properties, ensuring lender requirements are met efficiently and transactions are complete within required timeframes.
