Hugo is a solicitor in our Private Client department, specialising in Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax, and Estate Planning.
He is an associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds a first-class honours degree in History from Newcastle University.
Hugo supports clients in complex and often sensitive situations, providing pragmatic and tailored advice to achieve effective outcomes.
Recent work examples include advising on a matter which resulted in a £600,000 inheritance tax saving following a terminal diagnosis, handling cross-border probate matters involving the re-sealing of multiple grants, and acting as attorney under various Lasting Powers of Attorney.
