Husein is an experienced immigration solicitor, starting his career working on asylum and human rights cases before later expanding his practice to focus on all aspects of immigration law for individuals and families. After studying Modern Languages at the University of Cambridge, he started working in immigration law in 2016 and went on to qualify as a solicitor in 2020. He has broad experience, having worked in the legal aid and not-for-profit sectors before starting private practice. He is comfortable dealing with cases at all stages, including initial applications, extensions, appeals and judicial review.
Husein is passionate about access to justice and has run workshops and given talks on different aspects of immigration law to community groups and the not-for-profit sector and was also nominated for a Rising Star Award in the Asian Legal Awards 2019.
