In recent years, Jamie held sole responsibility for managing a large residential property department delivering a national conveyancing service. The department acted for clients referred by well-respected corporate organisations with multi-million-pound annual turnover and a workforce of over 40 lawyers and support staff.
Jamie advises developers and landlords and handles a wide range of matters, including sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), equity release, transfers of equity, remortgages, and lease extensions.
