Jenni qualified from Northumbria University in 2024 after achieving a First Class Master’s in Law (LLM). Jenni is a Paralegal and Fee Earner in the Residential Conveyancing department. She assists clients with all aspects of residential property transactions, including purchases. Jenni began her career in property law, developing a detailed understanding of the conveyancing process and the practical challenges clients face. She prides herself on providing clear communication, efficient case management, and a client-focused approach to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. Jenni has experience acting for a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers.
Recent work examples include:
Acted in the purchase of a freehold property involving a management company, negotiating a Deed of Variation to exclude Section 121 of the Law of Property Act 1925.
Assisted with a simultaneous sale and purchase for a client who was relocating, making sure to complete the process within a set deadline.
