Justė works within our Residential Property department, providing essential support to the legal team on a wide range of conveyancing matters. She plays an important role in assisting with transactions involving first-time buyers, helping to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated process from instruction through to completion.
Fluent in Lithuanian, Justė is able to support clients who speak the language, helping to improve communication and accessibility for a broader client base.
Justė has gained extensive practical experience working closely with solicitors and conveyancers, contributing to the progression of complex transactions and developing a strong understanding of the conveyancing process through hands-on involvement and collaboration with experienced professionals.
Recent experience includes supporting time-sensitive auction sales with tight deadlines, assisting on complex new-build transactions involving overseas clients and multiple parties, and contributing to transactions within onwards chains where detailed coordination and issue resolution were required to achieve successful completion.
Justė is currently studying towards the CLC Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing as part of her ongoing professional development.
