Kay Agbaje-Williams

Solicitor

Kay is a qualified solicitor with extensive experience in immigration law. He has worked in immigration for over twenty years, in three different law firms, including his own firm, for fourteen years.

He’s successfully represented clients in a variety of areas, including family migration, work permit visas, work visas, study visas, visitor visas, domestic servant visas, applications for administrative review, applications for judicial review, appeals to the First Tier and Upper Tribunals, Applications to the Administrative Courts of the High Court, European Migration, Asylum and Protection, and Deportation and Removal law.

Kay built his immigration practice largely through referrals from satisfied clients who still refer new clients to him today, in some instances several years after the successful completion of their own cases.

Since 2010, he’s been an accredited Senior Caseworker under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation scheme, and he is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioner’s Association and, in particular, the family migration subgroup. He specialises in family migration.

He is excitedly looking forward to bringing his experience to a city firm.
