Kevin has over 25 years’ experience in property law, handling a wide range of residential property matters for both private individuals and companies.
His work includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership transactions, new build properties, lease extensions, and remortgages. Kevin has extensive experience across all aspects of residential conveyancing and has built a strong base of long-standing and repeat clients.
Kevin is currently studying towards the Level 6 CLC Diploma to further develop his expertise. He has previously worked at a number of firms in the West Yorkshire area, including roles as a partner and director, before joining Taylor Rose as a consultant conveyancer.
