Laura is a CILEx Chartered Legal Executive who specialises in acting for first-time buyers, clients who are upsizing or downsizing, and individual and business investors purchasing buy-to-let properties.
She has worked in residential conveyancing since 2010, gaining hands-on experience while completing her Chartered Legal Executive qualifications. This has enabled Laura to build a strong foundation of practical knowledge alongside her formal training, resulting in a broad and well-rounded understanding of residential conveyancing.
Laura is friendly and an excellent communicator, providing regular updates to all relevant parties and always being available to speak by phone when needed. She is highly organised and works closely with clients to help them meet realistic timescales and deadlines.
Recent work examples include successfully exchanging contracts within a month to meet a tight chain deadline, acting for a buyer purchasing a high-net-worth new-build retirement property, and acting for an attorney in the sale of a property.
