Liz qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and has since worked as a conveyancing solicitor within both high street and large corporate law firms across the South East. She acts for a wide range of clients, from individuals buying or selling their family homes to developers and property investors. Liz has extensive experience across all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Liz completed the Legal Practice Course at Thames Valley University, where she received a commendation, before undertaking her training contract with a London-based firm in the West End. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours and is a member of the Law Society.
Recent work includes handling the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties; new build transactions; transfers of equity; shared ownership matters, including staircasing; transfers of part; sales pursuant to court orders; and lease extensions.
