Lucy deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build plot acquisitions, shared ownership and shared equity matters, remortgages, and transfers of equity. She works with a wide range of clients, including those referred by several of the UK’s largest national housebuilders, as well as private clients.
Recent work includes residential freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, as well as remortgage and transfer of equity transactions.
Lucy holds an LLB (Hons), was called to the Bar in 2007, and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2011.
