Nathalie is a solicitor in our Family Law department, advising on matrimonial financial settlements and private children's matters, including child arrangements, specific issue orders, and prohibited steps orders.
She also advises on cohabitation matters, including the preparation of cohabitation agreements and the resolution of property disputes between unmarried couples.
After many years working in the legal sector, Nathalie has dedicated the past eight years to specialising in family law. She qualified as a solicitor in 2023.
Nathalie is committed to representing clients through challenging family law matters while providing a supportive and empathetic service. Drawing on both professional and personal experience, she works closely with clients to guide them through difficult situations and ensure their best interests are protected.
Recent work examples include representing a client in a complex four-year financial remedy case, where the client’s spouse initially refused to provide any financial settlement. The matter concluded with the client securing a substantial lump sum, enabling the purchase of a home for the client and family.
Nathalie has also represented a husband in matrimonial financial proceedings, successfully securing over 80% of the matrimonial assets, including recovery of legal costs.
