Nicky began her legal career as a secretary in central London law firms before progressing into fee earning in 2006 and qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer through the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. She has subsequently held senior positions, including Head of Department, developing extensive experience across a broad range of residential property transactions. Her expertise includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, first-time buyers, auction properties, buy-to-let investments and remortgages. She has acted for a diverse client base, from individuals and families to high-net-worth clients and companies, and is experienced in navigating both straightforward transactions and more complex property matters.
Nicky believes that excellent communication is the foundation of a successful client relationship and that clients should always feel informed, supported and able to ask questions. She takes a personal, hands-on approach, combining attention to detail with empathy, patience and a genuine commitment to understanding each client's individual circumstances. Family life keeps Nicky busy, particularly with her two young grandsons, and she enjoys regular family game nights. When time allows, she loves gardening and growing vegetables, ice skating, stargazing and indulging her passion for horror books and films.
