Nisa is a Consultant at Taylor Rose. She qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and has considerable experience acting for individuals, including families, children and young people in immigration, asylum and nationality applications and appeals.
She has considerable experience in applications for leave to remain on the basis of private and family life (including extensions), EUSS, indefinite leave to remain, registration/naturalisation as British citizens, as well as acting for children and young people in local authority care. Throughout her career in immigration law, Nisa has worked with policy teams within established organisations to inform policy initiatives in immigration law.
Nisa is accredited under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme as a Level 2 Senior Caseworker and is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association.
