He advises property development clients, commercial property owners, and high-net-worth individuals with UK property assets. His experience includes the acquisition and sale of development sites, commercial leases and licences, enfranchisement matters relating to freehold and leasehold properties, and a wide range of commercial and high-value property transactions.
Recent work examples include advising on the purchase of an office building conditional upon General Development Order planning consent for change of use, followed by its subsequent sale to a construction company. Peter has also acted on the purchase of an office building for partial residential conversion. The ground floor was let to a gymnasium operator, as well as the sale of a large manor house held within an offshore company to a UK purchaser.
